| 摘 要： | 图书馆在振兴东北经济中图书馆信息资源管理存在着信息资源管理人员素质不高，信息资源少，结构趋同等问题，并针对问题提出了更新思想观念、组建专门管理机构等对策。最后强调要在党中央的正确领导下，发挥图书馆信息资源的潜在功能，实现振兴东北经济和图书馆可持续发展双赢。

Therefore,the article puts forward many countermeasures,for example,renewing concept,setting up special IRM organization,and so on. |
