| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查及数理统计等方法,探讨职工体育对粤西大中型企业职工素质提升的影响.在企业文化建设过程中,粤西大中型企业通过体育运动舒缓职工心理压力,带动职工综合能力和整体素质的提高,通过体育运动建立友谊,促进职工与职工的关系、职工与管理者的关系、职工与外界关系的协调.

| Abstract: | The present research studies the Affections of Staff Physical Education on Improving Staff＇s Inner Qualities in West-Guangdong Large and Medium-Sized enterprises through the methods of literature search,interview,questionnaire and statistics.Physical exercise can improve both staff＇s integrated capability and enterprise cultural construction.On the other hand,Physical exercise plays an invaluable role in building the good relationship between staffs themselves;staffs and managers;staffs and outside. |
