论少数民族双语教师的专业技能及其培养

近年来，国家和新疆自治区不断加大财政投入，采取多种措施来培养少数民族双语人才，但是我们调查发现，目前少数民族双语教师在专业技能方面还存在着许多问题，以至于影响到了双语教学的教学质量和教师自身的专业发展。因此，培养和提高双语教师的专业技能迫在眉睫。

In recent years, the government has increased its investment in training ethnic minority bilingual teachers in various ways. But our investigation reveals that there are some problems with professional training that influences the teaching quality and teach- er＇s professional development. It is thus urgent to cultivate and improve the teachers＂ professional abilities.
