| Abstract: | The Han Chinese came and settled do~n on a large scale in Xinjiang in the Qing Dynasty mainly in the form of military garrisons, land reclamation and business and trading. This paper, with the historical documents in the Qing Dynasty, attempts to out- line the ways the Han Chinese came to settle down in Xinjiang in the middle of the Qing Dynasty. |
