| 摘 要： | 历史上来看,吉尔吉斯斯坦地区是中国对西域的统治时期的西部边界,是阻隔西边大帝国向今天的新疆地区扩张的屏障。自从俄苏19世纪侵占了吉尔吉斯斯坦地区后便以此为据点开始了对中国新疆地区的长期的渗透和颠覆。当代吉尔吉斯斯坦在传统安全、非传统安全和能源安全三个方面对中国具有极其重要的影响。而当今吉尔吉斯斯坦的局势很大程度上由美国和俄罗斯操控并不断发生动乱,应引起我们的关注。
