| 摘 要： | 民国期间马克思主义法学并没有占据一席之地,宣传和倡导马克思主义法学的力量微弱,主流的大部分学者激烈地压制、批判,或者企图修正、改造它。造成这一境况的主要原因在于当时国民党的压制以及民国法学界的特殊的状况。

| Abstract: | In 1920s,Marxist law did not have a space for its position in the law circle,and its advocacy and promotion was weak at that time.The mainstream scholars vehemently criticized,suppressed,even intended to revise and remold it.The reason behind this is mainly the suppression of the Kuomintang and the special legal situations at that time. |
