| 摘 要： | 东南亚部分国家发展落后地区的策略和经验教训对我国西南地区开发具有重要的启示。即政府对民族地区的发展应给予切实帮助;西南地区应因地制宜,发展特色产业;西南边境地区应加强与周边国家的经贸合作;应正确处理各民族之间的经济利益关系。

| Abstract: | Strategies, experiences and lessons of underdeveloped areas in some Southeast Asian countries give us an important enlightenment in developing southeastern China-the central government should offer practical help to the ethnic areas. It is necessary to develop the industry with distinctive features to suit measures to local conditions in southeastern China, promote economic and trading cooperation, and correctly cope with the economic benefits among different nationalities. |
