国际化旅游城市的内涵与建设路径研究

国际化旅游城市理论和实证研究仍处于一个相对滞后的状态，并不能适应国际化旅游城市建设的快速增长，很有必要把此作为一个专门方向进行系统的研究。归纳总结出了国际化旅游城市的内涵，认为国际化旅游城市应具备“三大条件、五大特征”；在此基础上，结合洛阳城市建设经验提出国际化旅游城市的建设是有规律可循的，其建设的一般路径为：“3W＋2BC＋2KC”。

Research on Essential Features and the Common Rout of Building Internationalized Tourist City

The theories and. case studies about internationalized tourist city are still far behind the need of present situation of tourist city construction, and a systemic study on it is necessary. The thesis expounds the conception of internationalized tourist city and points out that the internationalized tourist city＇s essential features include ＂three conditions and five characteristics＂ for short. At last, according to the practice of Luoyang＇s city development, the thesis discusses the common rout of building internationalized tourist city and summarizes it as ＂3W ＋ 2BC ＋ 2KC＂.
