| 摘 要： | 本文认为我国养老保险基金有效运营需从三个方面着手 ,一是改养老保险基金管理人直接投资为外部有关投资机构间接投资 ,二是把握好安全性、盈利性和流动性之原则 ,三是拓宽养老保险基金投资渠道 ,允许社会养老保险基金进入资本市场。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that effective working of old-age insurance funds needs to begin with these three aspects.First it makes change from direct\|investment by manager of old-age Insurance funds to indirect\|investment by outsider investment organization.The second is to confirm the principals of security,profitability and fluidity.The third is to extend the channels ofOld-age insurance funds investment ,and to allow social Old-age insurance funds to enter capital market. |
