| 摘 要： | 诺齐克作为20世纪70年代自由主义的代表性人物之一,其《无政府、国家与乌托邦》在政治哲学研究领域引起了强烈反响,它旨在论证诺齐克的一个基本命题—最弱意义国家是最合乎理性的国家形式。诺齐克的论证是从其自由主义伦理原则入手,利用"看不见的手"这样一种论证方法,从正反两方面说明最弱意义国家的合理合法性。

| Abstract: | Robert Nozick is one of the famous representative figures of the liberalism in the 1970's.His Anarchism, State and Utopia evoked strong repercussion in the field of the political philosophy. This book is to prove a basic opinion:the minimal state is the most rational organization for a state. In this article, I try to outline the Nozick's demonstration. It will demonstrate that Nozick cut in this problem from his liberal ethic principle, expounded his opinion from both positive and negative sides. |
