企业学习型组织创建研究

学习型组织能够适应剧烈变化的环境，因此其必然会成为未来组织的主要模式之一。所以，研究学习型组织具有重大的理论与实践意义。近年来，随着学习型组织理论在我国的广泛传播，国内各界掀起了理论研究与实践探索的高潮。本文运用学习型组织理论与逻辑分析相结合的方法，首先在阐述了学习型组织的概念、学习型组织的内涵的基础上，正确认识了学习型组织；其次介绍了创建学习型组织的现实意义；最后研究了学习型组织创建的原则，提出了学习型组织的体系创建的理论模型。

Research on the Establishment of Learning Organization in enterprise

The learning organization can adapt to violent changes of the environment, so it will become one of the main organization models in the future. In recent years, with the spread of the learning organization＇s theory in our country, the domestic all circles have raised the climax of theoretical research and practical exploration. This paper use the learning organization＇s theory and the method of logical analysis, firstly, at the base of interpreting the conception , connotation and characters of the learning organization ,we know what the organization is. Then, it puts forward the real significance of establishing the learning organization and points out the misunderstandings over the establishment of the learning organization. In the end, it researches the princi- ples of establishing the learning organization, probes how to avoid the correlated misunderstanding and puts forward the theory model of establishing the learning organization system.
