| 摘 要： | 信息一直是军事行动的核心,也是军事行动成功的关键.文中从理解信息优势及具有信息优势的军事目标出发,剖析了获取信息优势的可能环节,从信息获取、处理、分发、应用等多角度提出了要获取信息优势的几个重要方面,简要分析了雷达作为预警探测主要传感器的发展方向及其技术特征.

| Abstract: | Information is one of the key factors to get success of any military actions. Based on the understanding of information superiorities and its objectives,the probable sectors are analyzed and some main factors,relates of information acquirement,processing,distribution and application are advanced to meet the requirement of information superiority. Radar acts as an important means of early warning system,which development and features are put forward. |
