对教师激励管理的伦理学审视

摘    要:激励是管理的重要内容之一,对教师的激励进行伦理审视与考量需要以以人为本的道德原则为尺度。在教育管理过程中,管理者要提高激励的有效性、增强激励的伦理性,就应注重两方面的内容:一是适应教师人性发展,采取正当、合理的激励手段以满足教师的优势需要;二是通过激励手段设置合理需要以引导教师需求,促进教师人性发展,最终使教育教学达到服务于学生健全发展的根本目的。

Abstract:Encouragement is one of the important methods of management.The ethical survey and examination of teacher encouragement must abide by the moral principle of humanity.During the process of educational management,in order to improve the validity of encouragement and increase the ethic of encouragement,the administrators should pay enough attention to the following two points.One is to carry out reasonable and proper encouraging methods to accommodate to teachers' need of advantage.The other is to guide the need of teachers through some encouraging methods,and promote the development of teachers' humanity,in order to serve the aim of complete development of students.
