非均等化分配与均等化分配的经济增长效应比较

本文在分析收入分配对经济增长产生的十大效应的基础上,以收入分配是否有利于经济增长为标准,重点通过比较分析方法探讨了在短缺经济和过剩经济条件下非均等化收入分配与均等化收入分配的不同的增长效应,提出了在短缺经济条件下适度非均等化收入分配有利于促进经济增长,而在过剩经济条件下适度均等化收入分配有利于促进经济增长的理论命题,并揭示了当前我国收入分配关系调整的政策依据和含义。

A Comparison of Economic Growth Effect between Non-equal Distribution and Equal Distribution

Based on an analysis to the ten effects of income distribution over economic growth, and taking as a criteria that whether income distribution is favorable to economic growth, the author lays an emphasis on the inquiry, by a comparative methodology, on the different effects of growth between non-equal distribution and equal distribution under the condition of a shortage economy and a surplus economy. The author puts up a proposition that, under the condition of shortage economy, a suitable non-equal income distribution is favorable to promoting economic growth, while under the condition of surplus economy, a suitably equal distribution is favorable to promoting economic growth. And the author also reveals the policy and its meaning of the current adjustment in income distribution relationship in China.
