| 摘 要： | 为了更好地提高大学生的综合素质,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的人才,有必要在大学生中广泛开展科普活动,大力普及科学知识,积极弘扬科学精神,建立科普活动的长效机制。目前高校中普遍存在科普工作不够重视、氛围不够浓厚、机制不够健全、队伍和经费难以保证、科普工作实效不强等问题,应着重从加强宣传、建立组织体系和制度保证体系、提高科普工作效果等方面加以解决。

| Abstract: | To improve the comprehensive qualities of college students and cultivate creative graduates,it is necessary to strengthen popular science education.There are many problems in universities concerning popular science education,which hasn't received enough attention.There is no such an atmosphere or a mechanism for the education,and the teachers and funds are not available either,thus desirable results can't be obtained.To solve these problems,we should launch publicity campaigns,establish an organization and supervision system, and devise a set of rules and regulations. |
