韩非"忠"思想研究

摘    要:韩非基于战国时期的历史条件,对前人"忠"思想做了批判总结,并从法家立场出发,对"忠"规范做了新的界定,使得原本内涵相当丰富的"忠"规范在他这里几乎完全归结于"忠君",而且,他还将"忠"规范纳入"法"的轨道,强调重视"忠",但更应"明法","忠"法"并举思想对秦国政治产生了深远影响.其君本论"忠"思想一提出,立即得到统治阶级热烈欢迎,在中国推行了两千余年.

Abstract:Han Fei carried developed the thought of loyalty inherited from older generation on the basis of the historical conditions during the Warring States Period, and he redefined the norms of loyalty from the standpoint of Legalists. As a result, the norms of loyalty, which were originally much more complicated, was reduced by Han Fei to "loyalty to the ruler". Furthermore, he incorporated norms of "loyalty" into the legal system, placing emphasis on the idea that "abiding by the law" is as important as loyalty. His juxtaposition of law with loyalty has exerted far-reaching influence on the politics of the Qin State. His thought of loyalty, in which the ruler is the center, had been acclaimed by the ruling class for two thousand years ever since its proposal.
