| 摘 要： | 农村城市化是构建和谐社会的必然要求。由于社会资源重新分配和利益关系调整,农村城市化引发的利益矛盾广泛存在于收益差距、农民工权益维护、征地拆迁土地纠纷、干群关系和就业等领域,影响社会和谐。必须坚持深化改革,大力发展城市经济,畅通不同群体利益表达渠道,创新利益分配、平衡和补偿机制,改进干群关系,加强社会管理建设,化解相关利益问题及其矛盾,促进农村城市化健康发展。
