老年人人工晶体术后双眼视觉康复的影响因素

目的分析探讨老年白内障患者人工晶体术后双眼视觉康复状况及影响因素。方法随机抽取老年人工晶体术后患者198例,常规眼部检查和矫正屈光不正,并进行双眼影像、同视机双眼融合功能和立体视功能检测,对双眼视功能未康复达到正常的97例(49.0%)患者列入本文进行分析。结果 97例患者中53例(54.6%)在术前已患有影响视力和双眼平衡与协调的眼病;27例(27.8%)由于手术引起的角膜散光、后发障、眼底黄斑水肿及眼外肌麻痹等合并症所致;17例(17.5%)对侧未手术眼有影响视力的白内障;9例(9.3%)两眼屈光参差;另有8例(8.3%)原因不明。结论患者的原有眼病、手术合并症、非手术眼的白内障及屈光参差影响了视力的恢复和双眼的平衡协调,进而影响了双眼视觉的康复。

The factors affecting the recovery of binocular visual function after senile cataract extraction with IOL implantation

To discuss the functional recovery of the binocular vision and the affecting factors after senile cataract extraction with IOL implantation.Methods 198 patients of IOL implantation were examined in cor- rected vision,binocular image,binocular fusion faculty of synoptophore,stereoscopic observation function.To analyze the function discovery of the binocular vision in 97 patients(49.0%).Results 53 of 97 patients (54.6%)had some disease that affected the binocular visual function before the cataract operation.27 patients (27.8%)were caused by astigmatism after cataract.Macular edema and extraocular paralysis which caused by the operation,17(17.5%)caused by the cataract of the contra eye.9 patients(9.3%)caused by ani- sometropia and the reasons in 8 patients(8.3%)were not sure.Conclusions The preoperation ocular dis- eases,cataract operation complications,contraocular cataract and anisometropia were the reasons which affect the recovery of the binocular visual function.
