肺心病合并呼吸衰竭时心电图变化之特点

目的探讨肺心病患者合并呼吸衰竭时心电图变化之特点方法收集112例肺心病合并呼吸衰竭患者心电图检查图形,并与肺心病组进行比较。结果合并呼吸衰竭组,心率失常发生率为94.6%,肺心病组为72.1%,其中激动起源异常合并呼吸衰竭组为78。7%,肺心病组为59.6%,两组比较有显著差异 P<0.05,传导异常合并呼吸衰竭组为62.6%,肺心病组为40.4%,出现酷似前壁、高侧壁或下壁心肌梗死者合并呼吸衰竭组为10.7%,肺心病组4.2%,两组比较无显著差 P>0.05。结论肺心病合并呼吸衰竭时,分析患者心电图变化,对指导治疗具有操作简单,重复性强,无创伤性等优点。

A study on electrocardiographic changes in cor pulmorale patients with complicating respiratory failure

To study the electrocardiographic(ECG)changes in cor pulmorale patients with complicating respiratory failure.Methods 112 cor pulmorale patients with complicating respira- tory failure were monitored and diagnosed with ECG.The characteristics of ECG were compared with that of cor pulmorale patients without complicating respiratory failure.Results The rate of car- dioc arrhythmias in cor pulmorale patients with complicating respiratory failure(94.6%)was higher than that in patients without(72.1%).In patients having cardiac arrhythmias,the rate of abnormal pacing or excitation was significantly higher in cor pulmorale patients with complicating respiratory failure(78.7%)than that in patients without(59.6%,P<0.05).There was no significant differ- ence in the rate of abnormal conduction or acute myocardial infarction between these two groups of pa- tients(P>0.05).Conclusions ECG is an easy and non invasive method to guide the treatment of cor pulmorale patients with complicating respiratory failure.
