中国沿海经济带投资环境分析——基于辽宁“五点一线”沿海经济带的实证分析

运用因子分析方法对辽宁＂五点一线＂沿海经济带发展战略的投资环境进行了综合评价,结果表明,各主要城市的投资环境各有优势,大体可分三类：大连为最好,盘锦和营口次之,丹东、葫芦岛和锦州为较差的一类。为此,提出实现＂五点一线＂经济发展战略,改善辽宁沿海经济带投资环境的对策与建议。

An Analysis of the Investment Environment of China's Coastal Economic Belt——An Empirical Analysis Based on Data Collected from"Five Points and One Line" Coastal Economic Belt in Liaoning Province

This paper employs the factor analysis to evaluate the investment environment in the major cities of＂Five Points and One Line＂coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province,and maintains that the investment environment of＂Five Points and One Line＂coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province can be divided into three categories： the first category consists of only one city,i.e.Dalian which has the best investment environment;the second group is made up of two cities,namely Panjin and Yingkou,which have the moderate investment environment;the last includes three cities,Dandong,Jinzhou and Huludao,whose investment environment is poor.Therefore,the paper puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions to further implement＂Five Points and One Line＂economic development strategy,and improve the investment environment in Liaoning’s coastal economic belt.
