论公司理财权力竞争与运用

从公司理财权力概念、基本特征着手，分析了公司理财中客观上存在着的理财权力竞争。认为公司理财权力的价值、金字塔形的组织结构、资源的稀缺、绩效标准、环境的不确定性、权谋倾向，意见分歧是公司理财权力竞争的动因；公司及公司利益相关者可以通过法定程序、特殊才能和资源、特殊的行为等途径获得公司理财权力；公司理财人员要善于运用法定权力、奖酬权力、强制权力、专家权力和参照权力。

On Competition and Using of Financing Power in Companies

Based on the concept and features of the financial power in companies,the paper analyses the objective competition for the power,whose formation,as is regarded,is decided by many factors such as the value of the power,the pyramid-like structure of the organization,the scarce of the resources,the standards of the performance,the uncertainty of the environment,the intentions for the power and the difference of the options,etc,The paper pointed out that the financial power can be obtained through many channels such as the formal procedures,special abilities and performances,special resources and contributions to the company.It also put forward that in course of using the financial power a series of other powers can be applied such like the authorized power,bonus power,compulsory power, reference power and so on.
