| 摘 要： | 21世纪是以知识化、信息化、国际化为基本特征的知识经济时代。在知识经济时代里任何一个国家的教育信息水平高低既是综合国力强弱的标志也是国际竞争力的体现。本文在偿试建立教育信息化概念的基础上，阐述了当前教育信息化的目标与任务，并着重论述了教育信息化对教育改革与发展所具有的重大意义。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is an age of knowledge economy with features knowledgeization, informationization and internationalization. In the age of knowledge economy,the level of IT for Education in a nation reflects not only the compre hensive national strength, but also the power for internation competition. Based on the concept of promoting IT for education, the paper discusses the objectives and tasks for promoting IT for education and stresses the importance of IT for educational reform and development. |
