| 摘 要： | 家庭、“需要的体系”、公共领域是市民社会的三个不同层级。市民社会“三个层级”的理论规定具有科学的概念分析价值,是对马克思市民社会理论的合理伸展和明确表述,是历史和逻辑相统一的研究方法的科学运用,弥补了黑格尔和哈贝马斯各自理论的缺陷,具有多方面理论意义。
