| 摘 要： | 为了对<联合国国际货物销售合同公约>(以下简称<公约>)规定的风险转移模式有一个全面的了解,围绕<公约>的条文及其立法背景,从基本概念入手,对三大风险转移模式,即涉及运输的风险转移模式、路货的风险转移模式、不涉及运输货物及目的地交货的风险转移模式的具体适用进行了阐释,对<公约>规定的风险转移时间、转移条件、转移地点等进行了具体的分析,以期维护国际货物买卖合同各方的合法权益.

| Abstract: | There are three types of risk transfer stated in United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods: transit,afloat goods,and no reference to cargo and free delivered.For the sake of understanding of three modes on the Convention,This paper expatiates the basic meaning of the above modes based on the articles of the Convention and its legislative background.This paper studies three modes by the tranfer time,transfer place and transfer condition. |
