经济增长与经济制度变迁动力分析

经济制度就是内在规定了经济活动的激励水平和交易成本的规则体系,这个规则体系的目的是促进经济增长。这个规则体系的变化就是制度变迁,制度变迁的动力来源有两个:经济制度都存在内在缺陷、由相对价格的变化所引起的收益流变化。中国经济增长的过程是一个制度变迁的过程,可分为资本集中化制度变迁与资本分散化制度变迁两个阶段。资本集中化制度变迁后,经济活动以非物质激励为主,交易成本表现为计划成本。这种制度在一定时期内可以促进中国经济增长,但当这种激励资源耗竭时、当计划失灵时,这种制度就对经济增长不具有促进作用,从而导致资本分散化的制度变迁。

The Analyses of Economic Growth and The Dynamic of the Economic System Change

The economic system is a series of rule system, which determines the stimulation level and trade cost of economic actions, and as we can see the aim of the system is to stimulate the growth of economy. The change of the rule system is called system change. There are tow powers of any economic system, one is its inner limitation and the other is the relatively price change which can bring up the change of profit flow. The process of economic growth of China is a process of the economic system change. The process can be divided into tow phases which are the capital centralization and the capital decentralization. After the system change of capital centralization was done, the main economical stimulation was nonmaterial, and the trade cost was the plan cost. In a certain period, this system could speed up Chinese economic growth. But as the stimulation resource worked out and the plan failed, this system did not speed up Chinese economic growth. Hence, the system change of capital decentralization was brought on.
