论虚拟财产的继承

我国计算机网络发展起步较晚，但是发展的速度却十分惊人。在人们体验网络技术给生活带来的便捷、新鲜和娱乐的同时，新兴的网络事物正不断对现实生活中现有的维系正常秩序的规则发起挑战。即将来临的第一波网民老龄化高潮将虚拟财产的继承问题悄然推至网民面前，且在现实生活中已经出现了相关的诉讼，但这类诉讼纠纷却因为多方面的原因无法得到更为合理的解决，使得公民的合法权益不能得到有效保障。旨在研究虚拟财产这一伴随网络技术繁荣而出现的财产形式，将如何在继承领域得到合理的规范和保护。

The Inheritance of Virtual Property

The Internet begun late in China, but it develops very fast. When people enjoy the convenience, the fresh feeling and the entertainment brought by the Internet technology, and new things in the Internet are chal-lenging the traditional rules in the real life. For instance, the coming wave of the aging Internet users poses the problem of the inheritance of virtual property to us. And in real life there have been some related cases. However, these cases are not solved reasonably because of several reasons, which states that the legitimate rights and inter-ests of citizens can not be protected effectively. This paper aims to study how to regulate and protect the inherit-ance of virtual property reasonaly which appeares along with the development of the Internet.
