| 摘 要： | 根据社会网络、复杂网络等网络分析法，从网络效率角度揭示企业集团网络化物流模式按照“最小生成树”方法构建物流网络拓扑结构的合理性及科学性，使企业集团的物流管理活动更加集约与系统。更重要的是，本文从网络结构与功能之间的关系网络视角分析企业集团物流网络化的价值，超越目前企业集团物流管理模式中制度分析的物流辅助性视角，分别研究组织、设施和信息等不同网络属性的要素对企业集团生产网络的结构嵌入性和关系嵌入性，有助于辨清物流网络对企业集团竞争优势的真正价值。

| Abstract: | Since there existed limitation of institutional analysis on the different mode between organization and market designing.This paper proposed a brand new viewpoint from networked structural analysis on enterprise groups networked logistics mode with the help of structural holes theory and radiating mechanism in physics.It mainly pointed out that its structure was based on the form of hub and spoke,especially introduced its spatial structure,organizational structure and the functional structure. |
