对雇主品牌要素构成问题的实证分析——基于高校应届毕业生对理想雇主的期望调查

摘    要:本研究以国内高校学生(即潜在员工)为切入口,考察雇主品牌要素结构。通过自行编制问卷调查了来自上海、北京等地的200名本科学生,探索性因素分析及验证性因素分析的结果显示,高校学生所期望的雇主品牌要素呈现4因子结构,分别是福利保障、制度文化、公共形象、直复传播。进一步描述了基于人口统计学信息的雇主品牌要素期望差异,并进行了解释。
