| 摘 要： | 以北京市近郊区来广营村为个案,通过对失地农民的问卷调查,着重分析大城市近郊失地农民市民化的现状,并建立了评价指标体系,对其做定量分析和评价,进而得出在大城市近郊区城市化中应把握这一地区失地农民被动市民化的特质,强化政府在农民市民化中的作用以及稳妥而全面地推进失地农民市民化进程等针对性结论。
