遗产的“文化公权”与“发展私权”之争论——对遗产运动中几组行动主体的权力话语分析

从现代性与全球化的视野出发，将遗产运动放置于一个横向的全球化权力场域中审视，对遗产的创造者、保护者、投资者与传承者几组行动主体之间的复杂关系进行解读，并且通过对几组行动主体的权力话语进行分析，可以看到，在我国非物质文化遗产保护的实践中存在着文化公权僭越私权的问题。如何在多元价值之间建立对话沟通机制，协调各群体之间的利益诉求，将成为解决矛盾的关键。

Debate Between the ＂Cultural Public Rights＂ and the ＂Development Private Rights＂ of Heritage --An Analysis of the Power Discourses of Several Groups of Participants in the Heritage Movement

From the perspective of modernity and globalization,the heritage movement is examined in the global power context,and the complex relationships among the creators,protectors,investors and inheritors were interpreted.In addition,through analyzing the power discourses of these participants,it was found out that there was the problem of cultural public rights trespassing on private rights in China’s intangible cultural heritage protection.And the establishment of communication between different value system and the coordination of the interest demands of different social groups will be the key to resolve the contradiction.
