| 摘 要： | 党的十七届六中全会提出了加强社会主义文化建设，促进文化大发展大繁荣的决议，对实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。社会主义强国建设，离不开社会主义法治文化的培育，更离不开高校法治文化的传承、传播和创新。高校法治文化建设的特点具有建设主体的层级性、内容的针对性和继承性。探讨高校法治文化建设，是高校职责之所在，使命之所系。

| Abstract: | Party’s 6th Plenary Session of 17th Conference put forward a resolution to strengthen the development of the socialist culture of prosperity.The resolution to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation have realistic meaning and profound historic significance.The construction of a strong socialist country is inseparable from not only the cultivation of the socialist rule of law culture,but also the inheritance,transmission and innovation of rule of law culture in the university.University rule of law cultural construction is characterized by the hierarchy of the main body,targeted content and inheritance.Discussion on the rule of law cultural construction is the university’s duty and mission. |
