| 摘 要： | 群众工作是党的全部工作的基础。要做好新时期党的群众工作必须树立新理念：用新视角认识新时期群众工作的对象；树立以人为本的理念，科学发展的理念，民主、公平的理念；而树立群众工作的新理念关键靠基层党员干部。

| Abstract: | Mass work is the basis of all the Party＇s work. To do the Party＇s mass work in the new period well needs to establish the new concept, i.e. understanding the object of mass work in the new period with a new perspective; establishing the concept of people oriented, the concept of scientific development and the concept of democracy and fairness; moreover, the new concept of establishing the mass work mainly relies on grass -roots party members and cadres. |
