青岛社会变迁中的城市化质量研究

伴随着我国城市化进程的加快，一些地区出现了“城市化质量”和“城市化水平”相互脱节的现象，青岛市城市化已进入快速发展的新时期，也存在着质量与水平不协调的问题，主要表现在：经济与社会发展的不协调、人口增长与建设规模不协调、市政建设与社会服务不协调等方面，制约青岛市城市化质量的因素主要有：地区差异明显、城乡二元矛盾较突出、郊区城市化速度过快、人口增长过快、城市管理和市政建设投入不足等，树立“以人为本”的城市发展观，强化城乡统筹发展，切实保障流动人口的合法权益，发展教育文化事业，提高城市人口的素质是提高青岛市城市化质量的主要途径。
