| 摘 要： | 农民是“三农”问题中人的因素，农民主体性的充分发挥直接影响着新农村建设。然而农民主体性还存在着多方面的缺失，与此同时造成农民主体性缺失的原因也是多方面的。总结农民主体性缺失的各种具体表现以及分析农民主体性缺失的具体原因，有利于更好地解决农民问题，从而为我们构建和谐社会提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The farmer is the human factor of three agricultural problems.The full display of the farmers' subjectivity has a direct influence on the new rural construction.However,there are still many absences with the farmers' subjectivity and the reasons for it are also various.To summarize the specific performances of the absence of farmers' subjectivity and to analyze the reasons for it so that we can solve the farmer's problem better and thus provide beneficial help for us to build a harmonious society. |
