| 摘 要： | 都市圈一体化是城市与区域经济发展的必然趋势,如何有效协调区域经济＂碎片化＂与＂一体化＂之间的内在矛盾,实现空间资源整合,是当前理论界与实践部门关注的焦点。本文将治理理论引入都市圈发展,指出创新治理机制是实现都市圈一体化的有效途径,并经过长期的研究与实践,基于治理的内涵和我国国情,提出构建多元复合型都市圈治理机制以推进长三角一体化进程。
