摘    要:中小企业是各国的经济主体,在经济全球化的今天,中小企业的发展既面临机遇,也面临诸多挑战。发展壮大是广大中小企业的共同目标。单纯模仿对中小企业来说是条死胡同,而模仿创新非常适合中小企业的特点和需要,是其发展壮大的锐器。

Abstract:Being the main body of economy in every country in the world,small and medium-sized enterprises face both opportunities and challenges in their development under the economic globalization circumstance.The mode of simply copying leads to only a blind alley,the mode innovation on the base of existing format,however fit well for the characteristic and demand for small and medium-sized enterprises for it serve as the driving force for their development.
