农村剩余劳动力转移存在的问题及出路

本文从当前热点的“三农”问题出发,着重探讨农村剩余劳动力的合理转移问题。农村剩余劳动力的转移是中国农业现代化的不可回避的、且具有重要现实意义的根本问题。目前我国农村剩余劳动力的转移必须打破城乡二元体制结构,克服盲目流动的倾向。通过体制、制度改革,努力发展大中小城市,更重要的是发展农村经济等措施,走中国式的现代化之路。

Questions and Countermeasure of the Countryside Surplus Labors'Transfer

Beginning with the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and peasants, this paper mainly discusses the countryside surplus labors'transfer, which is unavoidable and of great realistic significance to the agricultural modernization. At present, the transfer of countryside labors must break the system that city and countryside has been divided, enlarge the cities, and develop the countryside economy through system reform. It is the way to modernization with Chinese characteristics.
