| 摘 要： | 通过对供应链管理的内涵进行分析,归纳出四个供应链管理的核心理念,即以最终用户为中心、信息共享、物流一体化和企业间合作。根据供应链管理的核心理念,综合考虑用户满意度、信息共享程度、物流一体化水平和节点企业关系这四个方面,建立相应的供应链绩效评价体系,并对体系指标进行了解释。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the connotation of supply chain and supply chain management and concluded four core principles,which are: ultimate goal for users,information sharing,logistic integration and collaborative relationships. Considering the features and principles of supply chain performance measurement, the author established an evaluation system of the performance of supply chain based core management ideologies. |
