信息技术创新的产业扩散模式与路径选择研究

信息技术创新与技术发明不同，一种新发明只有当它被用于经济活动时方能成为“创新”。信息技术创新的价值体现在技术创新的产业内扩散、产业外扩散，体现在从局域到全国，再到国外的扩散过程中。从信息产业的现状及发展趋势看，我国可以采取三步走的发展模式，最终建立自己的信息产业创新模式。培育信息技术创新领先企业；促进产业组织变革，激发信息技术企业间扩散；注重管理创新，促进信息技术产业内扩散；进行制度创新，促使信息技术向产业外扩散，是我国信息技术创新产业扩散的可行路径。

Industry Diffusion Model and Path Selection of Information Technology Innovation

Information technology innovation is different from technological invention. A new invention can become ＂innovation＂ only when it is used for economic activities. The value of information technology innovation reflects in technological innovation within the industry-proliferation and the proliferation out of industries, also reflects in the diffusion process from the local area in the country and then abroad.
