内外控人格特质与组织承诺关系的实证研究

摘    要:通过对中国联通安徽分公司131名销售员工进行问卷调查,考察了内外控人格特质、组织承诺之间的关系.结果发现内外控人格特质与组织承诺呈显著正相关,并且内外控人格特质是组织承诺的一个重要的预测变量.个人属性中的工作年限、月收入、年龄、学历对组织承诺也有显著影响,并且推断个人属性不通过内外控人格特质对组织承诺产生影响.

Abstract:The relationship between the locus of control and organizational commitment was investigated in a sample of 131 subjects from China Unicom,Anhui Branch.The results indicate that the locus of control has positive correlations with organizational commitment,and it is also an important predictor of organizational commitment.Working years,income,age,qualifications all have significant effects on the organization commitment,and the authors infer that the locus of control isn't the mediate variable between personal attributes and organizational commitment.
