| 摘 要： | 文章将citizenship译为“公民权”，着重讨论其疆界问题。公民权是相互性的主体间性概念。它涉及到公民彼此之间的关系如何界定，以及公民与国家之间的关系如何界定的问题。公民权在本质上是排斥性概念，只不过这种排斥有着一种包容性概念的团结幻象。这种包容幻象通过权利义务配置和身份认同的构建，将原本被排斥的人群包容进社会体系之中，加强了社会团结。这是公民权的进步史，也是其辩证法。

| Abstract: | This article translates citizenship into“Gong Min Quan”, and discusses its boundaries.Citizenship is the mutuality concept of inter-subjectivity.It is related to the problem of how to define the relationship between the citizens and how to define the relationship between the citizens and their country.The citizenship in essence, is the concept of exclusion, except that this exclusion is an inclusive concept of solidarity phantom.This solidarity phantom strengthens the social solidarity through the rights and obligations of configuration and identity building. This is the progress history of citizenship and a dialectical method as well. |
