| 摘 要： | 以贵州省参加第九届全国少数民族传统体育运动会的独竹漂项目运动员为研究对象,对独竹漂项目的训练监控方法等进行了应用性研究.研究表明：（1）Hb、BU、CK、尿十项等指标对独竹漂项目训练的变化反应比较敏感,可以应用于独竹漂项目的训练监控;同时应长期进行跟踪测试,建立运动员个体数据库进行纵向比较分析更具实际意义;在进行机能评定和训练监控时需要综合指标进行,考虑相互指标之间的联系,并注重个性化监控.（2）独竹漂项目运动员的营养补充总体原则是：以训练背景和测试结果为依据、结合个体机能特点、打好膳食营养基础、强化特殊营养补充.

| Abstract: | With the bamboo rafting athletes of Guizhou Province for the 9th National Traditional Minority Sports Meeting as an example, this paper studies the monitoring methods for training and their application. The research shows some indicators for Hb, BU, CK and urine, the relationship between the indicators, and individualized monitoring as well as nutrition rendering for training. |
