| 摘 要： | 对《李维史论》第1卷11-15章的考察表明,马基雅维里有关宗教的论述以此卷前10章中提出自由民主政体的一般观点为基础,即从制度上保障民众的自由与安全,有关宗教的论述服务于其现代自由民主的一般看法。为此,马基雅维里在宗教论述中,放弃了对个体灵魂世界和德性的关注,其意图是想用一种说服的方式赢得民众支持。

| Abstract: | The investigation into Chapter 11 -15 Book 1 in Discourses on Livy shows Machiavelli＇s thought of religion is based on the general view of the liberal democratic regime that is presented in the first ten chapters of Book I. According to his general point of view, the liberty and safety of the public is supposed to be secured from the institution, and the discourses of religion should serve the modem liberal democracy. Hence in the dis- courses of religion Machiavelli, abandoning his interests in the individual＇ s soul and virtue, intends to win the support of the public in a persuasive way. |
