摘    要:从农村中小学教师的需求出发开展教师培训是建设农村专业化教师队伍的有效途径之一。培训需求分析既是教师培训起点,又贯串教师培训全过程,引领教师培训目标的确立、培训内容的设计、培训方式的选择、培训效果的评价。应辅之诸多保障策略,使农村中小学教师培训更具针对性和有效性。

Abstract:Teacher training from the requirement of teachers in rural primary and secondary school is an effective way to build professional teachers in rural areas.Analysis of the training needs is both the starting point of teacher training and throughout the whole process of it.It can lead the establishment of teacher training goals,the design of the training content,the selection of training methods and the evaluation of training effect.Supplemented by a lot of protection strategies,it can make the rural primary and secondary teacher training more targeted and effective.
