| 摘 要： | 城市竞争的加剧导致政府对城市定位战略的重视,城市定位是一个城市新的发展空间的创造和扩展。城市要想获得可持续发展,必须给城市一个差异化的、唯一性的定位。目前的威海城市定位缺乏唯一性的特色,将会影响威海城市的发展速度。本文通过对威海城市现状的分析,运用差异化的定位策略,威海的核心定位应该是打造一个"中国的韩国城",全面接轨韩国,形成一种互补的发展格局。

| Abstract: | The aggravation of city competition leads the government to give importance to city location strategy;city location is creation and spread of a new development space to a city.If it wants sustainable development,the city needs a characteristic and unique location.The city location of Wei Hai is short of uniqueness,which will affect the accelerating development of the city.By the analysis of Wei Hai current situation,using difference-rization static of city location,the core location of Wei Hai should be a Korean city in China,meeting tract of Korea,founding a development pattern of complementation. |
