中国学术期刊的发展现状与需要解决的问题

中国期刊虽然在数量和效益方面取得了一些骄人的成绩,但作为产业仍然还比较小,主要表现在期刊人均市场占有率没有增加,期刊尚未成为人们生活的“必需品”,经营模式仍然以传统发行收入为主,真正进入市场、实现商业化运作的期刊很少,党政部门办的指导类期刊和教育学术类期刊举步维艰。社科类学术期刊面临的困境可归纳为:发行量小,经费短缺,学术期刊的行政化、“趋同化”现象,学术腐败。社科类学术期刊需要解决的问题是要重新定位、区别对待,使纯学术刊物成为学术交流、科研成果发布的平台和媒介;发行量大的品牌期刊则可以转为文化企业,完全采取公司制运作模式。学术期刊未来的类型选择,最大的可能性是经营性的非赢利组织,其过渡时期的发展模式应明确为公益性的事业单位。

About the Development and the Problems of China's Academic Journal

China's Journal has made an distinguished achievement both in quantity and efficiency,but as a kind of industry,its scale is a small,which shows in many aspacts,for example,journals are not the necessity for people,the management pattern remains mainly the traditional issue,instructive and academic journals published by governments is difficult to develop.Difficulties for social science journals,such as,a small amount of circulation,lack of funds, convergence,academic corruption.One of the problems for social science journals is to orientate their position in order to make pure academic journals become the medium of academic communication and achievements,the journals with a large circulation could transfer to cultural enterprises which run in the patterns of company.There is a possibility for academic journas to become none profit organization.
