略论大学生就业指导的理论演进

本文揭示了大学生就业指导在内涵上的三个发展阶段:就业前的择业准备过程和选择过程、就业后的服务过程,并且认为准备过程和服务过程同样重要.论述了大学生就业指导在"主体"外延上的拓展:由高校职能部门扩大到高校、政府、社会.并逐步形成高校指导大学生就业,市场充分调节大学生就业,政府引导大学生就业的大学生就业指导与服务的理论框架.

Theory Evolution of University Student Career Guidance

This article has revealed in connotation the three development phases of university student career guidance: before employment choosing profession preparation process and choice process and after employment service process,believing the preparation process and the service process are of the same importance. It elaborates the university student career guidance in "the main body" extension development,i.e. the expansion from the universities function department to the universities,the government,the society. And gradually the theory frame of the university student career guidance and serves is formed,by which the universities guide the university student to get employed,the market fully adjusts the university student to get employed,the government conducts the university student to get employed.
