英日两国研究生教育发展道路比较研究

英日两国研究生教育的发展经过创立、定型、改革与调整后,目前正加快发展与深化改革,研究生教育由长期以来的处于高教系统的边缘向逐渐受到重视转变,由单一走向多样、封闭走向开放,模式移植与恪守传统相结合。从中可以得出三条经验:研究生教育多样化应与法制化、制度化相结合,并将教育的模式移植与模式创新并举,实现教育管理机制中政府、学术权威和市场力量的协调。

A Contrastive Study of Postgraduate Education Development Route in Britain and Japan

After creation, formation, reform and readjustment, the postgraduate education in Britain and Japan is developing more rapidly and its reform is deepened. Peripheral in higher education for a long time, the postgraduate education has been gradually emphasized. It is no longer simple or closed, but diverse and open; it both grafts models and preserves the tradition. Some experience can be thus gained: the postgraduate education should be diverse and ruled by laws and regulations; educational model-grafting and model innovation should be both emphasized; the government, the academic authority and market should be coordinated in the system of educational administration.
