| 摘 要： | 中国治理和防止利益冲突问题的实践,一直在三个层面同时展开。这三个层面分别是公共机构、公职人员及其亲友。随着中国建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,中国将对利益冲突问题进行更为严格的限制,并与国际社会进行信息沟通与知识交流。

| Abstract: | The issue of solving and preventing conflicts of interests has been conducted spontaneously at three levels in China.The three levels are respectively the pubic organs,the public servants and their family members.As the education-,institution-and supervision-based multi-system of preventing and punishing corruption is gradually improved,China will impose more strict restrictions on the issue of conflicts of interests,and have more communication with the international community. |
