民营企业融资难问题研究--兼论构建民营企业金融服务体系

融资难一直是制约我国民营企业发展的主要障碍.这一问题能否尽快得到有效解决,不仅关系到民营经济的健康发展,也直接影响到整个国民经济未来发展的成败.本文在分析了当前我国民营企业融资难的特点和根源的基础上,提出了加快金融体制改革,构建民营企业金融服务体系的若干构想.

Study on the Financing Difficulties of Private Enterprises and Establishment of Their Financial Service System

The financing difficulties are always the main obstacle to the development of private enterprises. Whether this problem could be solved or not not only has something to do with the growth of private enterprises, but also influences the future development of our whole national economy. This paper puts forward some notions on quickening the reforms in the finance system and establishing a financial service system for private enterprises, on the basis of analysis of the characteristics and roots of the financing difficulties in private enterprises.
